ABOUT YOU:

As the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, we will look to you to promote our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Trains, coaches, evaluates, develops and implements the community's sales plans working directly with the Community Relations Manager, Executive Director and Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing

  • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for the Community Relations Managers within the region and monitoring progress

  • Leads regional team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing

  • Analyzes and monitors industry trends

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of sales and marketing leadership experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, homecare or other customer service field

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to travel within the region

  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed

  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements * 5+ years' experience building and leading front-line sales teams; ability to grow and scale upward with the company; second line management experience a plus. * 10+ years direct and channel enterprise software selling experience to large enterprises, is required. * Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications and/or analytics. * Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally and as a sales leader. * Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization. * Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions. * Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies is a plus * Highly professional persona and polished demeanor.
