The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Sports Medicine & Rehab patients

The role you'll contribute:

When you join our team of over 40 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patientsin the Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, cliniciansand staffwilling to carry on AdventHealth's mission in the communities we serve.

The Director oversees the clinical and business office operations of mulit-site sports medicine and outpatient rehab related activities, including but not limited to program development, human resources matters, revenue and expenses, standards of practice, policies and procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Creates and implements aligned processes and quality initiatives with a goal to establish standardized clinical care and consistent delivery of AdventHealth brand promises across all areas of Sports Med and Rehab. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Lead clinical quality and innovation for the health system's growing outpatient rehabilitation program of 42 clinics, including ortho/sports medicine and specialty rehab services in neurologic, pediatric, pelvic health, oncology and lymphedema.

• Work with VP and leadership team to develop and execute strategic goals that will elevate clinical quality and drive innovative change specific to clinical pathways, population health and total health care cost.

• Lead efforts and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to produce impactful clinical and scientific research and publications.

• Supporting whole person care through extending the healing ministry of Christ with the product and vision of the department to improve patient outcomes, lead delivery of evidence-based care process models that support adherent care and industry leading patient outcomes.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health care or business related field.

• Three years of experience in a manager level position in an outpatient/inpatient rehabilitation or hospital setting

• Five years of outpatient/inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Current active FL license for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy.

• Ten years of experience to include research, multi-program, multi-center oversight.
