Responsible for directing all employee functions of the hotels within the region in accordance with the policies and practices of the company and the brand, while achieving guest satisfaction, targeted profitability, and complying with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of regional strategies for meeting goals in the areas of revenue generation, market share performance, guest satisfaction scores, associate opinion scores and net operating income, utilizing the philosophies of The One Minute Manager platform.
