JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a strong, motivated, and passionate Regional Director in the Greater Minneapolis, MN area. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management division.

Manage up to 2,500+ multifamily units / Class A
Oversee Senior Property Managers and Site Managers.
Day-to day-operations, financial aspects & reporting.
Direct implementation of companys policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all federal/state/local laws and regulations.
Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the organization and the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Conventional Multifamily experience required.
Experience overseeing a least 2,000 units required.
Multi-state portfolio experience desired.
Must be creative, detail oriented, and have a professional demeanor.

Strong computer program knowledge such as Word, Excel, OneSite or any software program related within the property management industry.
Organization skills & strong leadership to oversee personnel.
Must have a humble disposition and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Must be highly organized and methodical.

COMPENSATION

Very competitive, full benefits package
Salary range $125K - $135k with potential to earn annual bonus BOE

Primary Responsibilities: * Direct all nursing operational activity in region and serve as the nursing executive in charge for regional team * Responsible to analyze, report, and remediate regional performance against business goals, achieving targeted operational and financial outcomes * Work collaboratively with pharmacy operations and sales to successfully execute against shared business goals * Ensure consistent service levels are maintained through managing staffing levels, monitoring metrics, process adherence and improvement, and individual and team performance management * Lead quality improvement initiatives focusing on patient satisfaction, overseeing the regional auditing process, and applying insights to drive continuous performance improvements when indicated by audit and/or NPS outcomes to include the creation of region-specific action plans and implementation of best practices * Responsible for consistent application and adherence of policy, procedure, licensing and regulatory accreditation requirements * Responsible for the utilization, efficiency and effectiveness of systems that support the delivery of patient care and the achievement of quality patient outcomes * Provides direction and support in the development of patient training and care materials * Collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Operations and branch General Managers to achieve shared business goals * Ensures adherence with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, serving as a subject matter expert for the territory of responsibility. * Assists in internal and external audits * Identifies and provides guidance to nursing and branch leadership in solving work unit and operational gaps that impact patient care, such as those involving supplies, medications, equipment, and information * Provides oversight and guidance in the use of quality improvement processes and tools to assess performance and to identify gaps between local and best practices * Analyzes, evaluates, plans and executes on existing and proposed nursing initiatives and strategies * Provides and/or reinforces education on nursing process, patient-related therapies and job-aid tools, along with, supporting the advancement of company initiatives and strategies within the region * Develops benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing programs * Completes reporting of quality data, researches employee/patient grievances and participates in Branch emergencies (actual and planned drills) * Maintains and participates in the review of organization-wide policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality patient care * Prepares periodic reports for management as required * Participates in various internal committees as requested * Coaches, mentors and elevates the nursing organization's ability to deliver and exceed patient/customer expectations * Involved in hiring of nursing management personnel * Ensures effective onboarding and orientation of new Directors of Nursing * Ensures that Directors of Nursing are prepared to onboard nursing staff * Effective and efficient performance management * Maintains and develops professional competency through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Active Nursing license in the state of practice and other states as required * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Graduates of accredited diploma or associate nursing programs may be considered based on significant professional experience * 5+ years of experience in a related specialty, such as the pharmaceutical industry, ambulatory infusion, healthcare operations or critical/emergency care * 4+ years of experience in leadership and people management * Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills * Able to work with a cross-functional team of professionals including dietitians, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, nurses, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, outside nursing agencies, patients, families and caregivers * Able to travel as required * Professional presence, including comfort level providing education to individuals and groups * If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
