JOB SUMMARY: Butterfly Effects is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D with clinical and business management experience to lead our Atlanta, GA market.
The position entails consultation on complex cases, managing BCBA staff, frequent communication with local payors, coordinating caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management. The successful candidate shall exhibit strong leadership skills and a shared vision of bringing evidence-based treatment to families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. The applicant should possess experience managing other BCBAs, conducting case reviews, supporting staff at all levels, strong family centric communication skills, and responding to business metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold an active BCBA or BCBA-D certification and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. 2+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
