Supports business partners in resolving all customer freight inquiries. Establishes effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold high-quality service standards.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison between customers, operations, and cross-functional teams.

  • Supports in training new hires and business partners on system applications, customer relationship management policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address escalations and implement corrective actions.

  • Investigates and resolves appointment inefficiencies and other freight-related issues.

  • Identifies and communicates freight-related issues and channels them to the correct department.

  • Analyzes reports to identify deficiencies resulting from service failures.

  • Maintains records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

  • Monitors and responds to system requests across various channels in a timely and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, AS400, and Customer Relationship Management software.

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
