ICM, Inc. is looking for an experienced leader of people to work as a Regional Coordinator in our Central Arkansas region. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team of 50+ Direct Support Professionals in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and ensuring our ICM customers receive coordinated, quality care in the home and community of their choice.

This person will also provide managerial guidance while leading the team in performing daily tasks and upholding ICMs mission. The Regional Coordinator must have the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in a HIPAA sensitive environment.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Ability to manage priorities while achieving results

  • Highly organized

  • Technological savvy Microsoft Office and other platforms

  • Flexibility to work rotating on-call schedule

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and Criminal, Adult and Child background check

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Prior supervisory experience

  • Strong business writing skills

  • Experience working for a non-profit

  • Experience working in a waiver environment

  • Passion for improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities

The Supervisor, Care Coordination will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the Clinical Department for functions handled by non-licensed clinical staff. These positions may have the opportunity to work from home within the state of Arkansas. Travel throughout an assigned region to meet with members will likely be required. Position Responsibilities: * Ensures assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program as outlined by Arkansas Medicaid, including meeting face-to-face with members, timely completion of work product, documentation standards are followed, and general adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. * Ensure process and procedures are followed consistently, and the program operations run seamlessly. * Responsible for training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and overall management of assigned staff. * Responsible for identifying operational issues which could impact clients and members. * Participate in strategic, systems, and organizational planning of department and the company as a whole. Position Requirements: Education: RN or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline. Master's Degree and license in a Mental Health or related discipline, preferred. License: License in a Mental Health or related discipline preferred. Relevant Work Experience: At least three (3) years' experience working with members with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
