Job Description: Overview

Position Summary:

Oversee accounting and finance function at the Division office and ensure accuracy of internal and external financial reporting for consolidated company. Responsible for timely and accuracy of month end close of financial statements. Responsible for annual budgeting process for corporate departments.


  • Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

  • Analysis of balance sheets and P&L according to region.

  • Work closely with external auditors during year end.

  • Participate in the annual budgeting process with regional operations and corporate departments, performing reporting monthly of significant variances to senior management.

  • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit and quarterly reviews.

  • Ensure that accounts payable transactions are processed in a timely manner.

  • Calculate necessary expense accruals at month end.

  • Work with Division CFO's on accounting issues specific to their clinics.

  • Remain current in knowledge of finance and accounting regulations that impact public companies.

  • Ensure that Financial Internal Controls are operating as designed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

  • Five to ten years of public company accounting.

  • Five years of supervisory experience.

  • CPA highly preferred.

We have the following position available in Franklin, Tennessee: Regional Network Modeling Manager: Designs End-to-End regional network optimization models to support supply chain and logistics strategy definition and execution. Enhances customer satisfaction, supporting the customer's needs and tailoring our response to specific business requirements. Supports the development of future buying behavior as competitive advantage. Optimizes operating activities, supporting optimal facility, equipment infrastructure and operating flow guidelines. Interfaces with regional and global leadership to understand and align to model results. Develops high level of knowledge of market trends and drivers such as Labor and Fixed costs, infrastructures, demographical shifts, and GDP growth vs marketing strategy. Provides Brownfield vs Greenfield comparison. Determines disruptive Supply Chain designs. Completes high level and detailed business case. Supports the model deployment and execution, by driving ad hoc projects following the strategy buy in by Sr. Leadership. Acts as the SE North America Expert on supply chain design and network data analytics. Provides recommendations based on advanced analytics from the models, to support regional flow change leadership governance (Logistics flows), with executive-level presentation. Provides key expertise to the manufacturing leadership network to support manufacturing strategy including plant flows and external sources. Connects with large number of business stakeholders, under vast amount of business constraints, to support the strategy adherence. Supports transportation teams with permanent flow of potential optimizations on strategic lanes and pools. Utilizes the best of breed advanced software tools and methodologies to most effectively complete the team analyses functions. Performs highly complex custom data analysis across the entire SE supply chain, on all domains. Uses business intelligence and visuals. Supports regional and global teams to provide the above analytic. This position requires a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in end-to-end NAM supply chain modeling. Also must have 5 years of work experience with: 1.) Developing market trends & drivers (Labor & Fixed costs, infrastructures, demographical shifts, GDP growth vs marketing strategy); 2.) Utilizing advanced software tools & methodologies to effectively complete the team analyses functions including Tableau, and LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru; 3.) Applying large-scale Network Optimization models to business issues; 4.) Using JDA (formerly i2) Strategist or IBM Logic Net Plus; and 5.) Data & Statistical processing including experience on SQL Server, Tableau, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and SAP. This position is covered by our company's Employee Referral Program.
