Seeking Professional with demonstrated ability to cultivate, manage and grow key relationships between Protective & Accredited Dental Schools as well as Pre- and Post-Doctoral individuals. Must be self-motivated and comfortable presenting to groups as well as conducting face to face meetings. Role will require 50% travel (+/-) within designated region. This position can be work from home/remote.
Establish and maintain key relationships with Pre-/Post-Doctoral individuals.
In-depth knowledge of ADA offered plan and competitor offerings.
Host educational seminars and vendor fair participation.
Develop and follow up on leads generated through in the field activity.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Protective application process, paperwork and website functionality.
Participate and support university dental school chapter events.
Help grow the ADA plan offerings.
3-5 years' experience (5-7 ideally) in a sales capacity within the insurance or financial services industry.
Insurance license; or must obtain within the first 6-months of employment
Must be able to pack, lift and transport necessary items including small, medium and large heavy boxes to events including, vendor fairs and group presentations.
Must demonstrate excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills.
Poses a strong ability to build rapport/credibility with new opportunities to achieve positive results for both Protective as well as the ADA plan.
Must be organized & self-motivated as well as have an interest in offering new solutions and creative ideas to keep up with a fast moving, competitive business niche.
Must demonstrate strong business judgment, resource management, lead development and relationship management skills.
