Clinical Practice Coordinators collaborate with regional leadership and resources to promote and establish evidence-based nursing care standards to ensure clinical staff competency, need for education and availability, clinical professional growth, accountability for promoting safe, and high quality patient care by adhering to system policies and scope of practice through innovative objectives for achieving clinical outcomes. Demonstrate successful onboarding, clinical retention and Mission Partner recognition and engagement.
Current State License as a Registered Nurse
Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
2 years of experience at the office/clinic or similar office/clinic required
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively lead, guide, and collaborate with frontline staff and site leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledgeable on Electronic Health Record, preferably Epic
Certification in area of specialty preferred
ACLS, PALS, or other certification recommended according to office/clinic that is supported
