Your Role: As the Regional Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead and Support: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor clinical staff in collaboration with leadership and HR.

• Boost Clinic Morale: Implement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Ensure Compliance: Enforce standard protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.

• Operational Excellence: Provide strategic direction, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvement plans.

• Hands-On Care: Treat patients daily, cover clinician shifts, and travel for training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve clinic morale through feedback and team-building activities.

• Oversee multiple clinics, ensuring compliance with LaserAway's protocols.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and HR to achieve organizational goals.

• Conduct regular clinic visits to support and train clinicians.

• Manage staffing needs, performance evaluations, and development plans.

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance through regular audits.

• Deliver comprehensive training programs in collaboration with the Clinical Training team.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Valid RN, NP, or PA certification/license in the state(s) of practice.

• Experience: At least one year in a clinical leadership role in the medical aesthetics industry.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments, excellent leadership and team-building skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and clinic management software.

Physical Requirements:

• Eye-hand-foot coordination for operating aesthetic devices.

• Ability to perceive colors, bend, sit, stand, walk, and lift equipment up to 8 pounds.

• Comfortable wearing protective eyewear and tolerating flashing lights.

• Frequent movement of devices within treatment rooms.
