Regional Client Development
This field sales position is responsible for providing regional & store level client leadership to sell the benefits of our credit products, drive product engagement and in-store execution to accomplish/exceed credit goals. Position would be required to maintain relationships through effective and timely communication, attending market/store meetings, develop in store product execution strategies/action plans, and ensure regional strategies are effectively rolled out to stores. The successful candidate will be a highly effective and self-motivated individual possessing excellent interpersonal, relationship management, presentation and leadership skills.
This position will cover a regional territory with responsibility for 30-40 stores. The successful person in this role will excel at relationship management, and ability to influence positive results through partnerships. The successful person in this role must be able to manage their own schedule and work autonomously to achieve results.
Drive credit performance to meet and exceed credit metric goals
Drive application accuracy to meet compliance requirements
Act as the subject matter expert for credit products and be the key business contact for client at store, market, and regional levels
Develop credit awareness programs with client/store/market management
Deliver in-store training and communications; Enhance the implementation of in-store marketing programs and ensure all credit-related procedures are executed flawlessly
Audit signage, point of sale material for compliance purposes and communicate issues accordingly
Support Client Development Manager and Store Engagement Team initiatives
Leverage processes and tools to optimize territory management
Expectation of 80% of time in store and overnight travel as required. At least 40% overnight travel likely required.
Gather retail insights, best practices from client and other retailers and market intelligence to refine retail channel strategy
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance cardholder and applicant experience and implement retail channel initiatives
Partner with retail (store) management teams to integrate credit into store culture
Work closely with client team to attain key performance indicators and identify and implement opportunities for business performance improvements; Compile and present results of on-going credit programs
Attend/support store opening and relocation events
Manage travel and marketing budgets
At least two years of experience in field sales, retail management, or banking relationship management
Experience in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in field sales & territory management, or 3 years of training experience
At least 1 year experience using Saleforce
