We are seeking a Regional Business Support Manager to join our Mining Crusher Wears Product Line team. You will have business responsibility for the area. You will lead Crusher Wears strategy implementation on the area targeting for profitable growth. You will lead and coordinate business cases and growth opportunities. You will also give business and commercial support. You will collaborate and work very closely with product line, market area and another stake holders. In this role you will report directly to VP Mining Crusher Wears.

This position can be located in any of our Metso locations in North Central America. This position can also have up to 40% travel globally.

You will join a team of crusher wears experts. We are dedicated to creating value for our customers and making the Crusher Wears Business Line successful in collaboration with our market areas and other stakeholders. Our team culture is all about high ambition and succeeding together. We are a multinational team comprised of members based in Finland, Australia, Brazil, Chile, and Canada.

What you'll do

• You will have business responsibility for the region.

• You will lead Crusher Wears strategy implementation on your area.

• You will lead and coordinate business cases and growth opportunities.

• You will give business and commercial support for your area.

• You will collect market intelligence.

• You will coordinate trainings.

• You will lead and support in tasks related to availability management and inventory.

Who you are

• You have experience in Mining business and / or Aggregates business

• You have knowledge about crushers and crusher wears

• You are enthusiastic about generating customer value

• You have an excellent business and commercial understanding with the ability to continuously improve solutions

• You have good communication and negotiation skills

• you have good presentation skills

• You have high ambition for business growth

• You must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, other language skills are seen as an benefit
