What We're Looking For: A Regional Business Manager with experience selling client/serversoftware solutions in a corporate environment, preferably in the creative managementmarket space. Primary focus will be togenerate and increase new business revenue based on their geographic territorythrough direct and indirect sales channels. This individual will be responsible for meeting specific quarterlyrevenue targets by direct selling to (primarily) new customers, as well asselling in collaboration with (and management of) value-added and corporateresellers. This role manages the Eastern Territory and therefore requires corresponding business hours (6am - 3pm) and up to 10% travel.
What You'll Do:
Identify and develop new business accounts within anestablished geographic territory
Prospect, build and maintain relationships with prospectsand/or customers (via phone, email)
Prompt follow up on marketing qualified leads through toclose of sale
Develop prospect lists to then execute prospecting campaignsthrough cold calling and cold emailing
Self-service CRM access to qualified leads to manage throughto successful close of sale
Responsible for meeting quarterly objective targets
Forecast quarterly revenue accurately and reliably
Generate and train business partners within a specificgeographic region to represent Extensis and to sell Extensis solutions
Determine new opportunities to expand the client/serverworkgroup business for Extensis products via new and existing customers andwhile working with partners
Work closely with the Extensis Integration, Consulting &Services (ICS) team to sell professional services and grow business
Provide an excellent customer experience
Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well ascompetitive positioning of company
Represent Extensis at designated product training seminars,vendor fairs, trade shows, etc.
Technical skills and language are necessary to demonstrateproducts to knowledgeable industry end user audiences including businessmanagers and IT professionals
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the companyby identifying and taking on other initiatives and responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate software sales
Familiarity with Customer Centric Selling, Solution Sellingor other sales methodologies
Experience with digital asset or font management software aplus!
CRM computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conceptually explain and demonstrate a product
Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
Motivated, self-driven, focused, determined, sales-minded
Must be a self-starter as well as a team player
Detail-oriented and organized
Dependable; follows through; honors commitments; meetsattendance and punctuality standards
