Job Summary

The candidate selected will live in the Northern Virginia region and be responsible for new student recruitment/territory management for freshman and transfer applicants. Perform recruitment activities and programming designed to meet new student enrollment goals.

Communicate effectively and consistently with prospective students and families. Aid in the development of marketing strategies and recruitment plans in Northern Virginia and surrounding regions. Develop and nurture partnerships with Access organizations. Aid in the development of a marketing strategy and implement recruitment plans for prospective students.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated relevant experience in Admissions, Marketing, or related field or equivalent education, training, and experience required. Travel in and out of state. Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the Northern Virginia region of Virginia.

Additional Considerations

Possess relevant Admissions related experience and a willingness to travel. Be a highly independent, self-motivated, team-oriented professional who projects a positive image about Radford University.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with diverse constituencies. Must be able to work in both traditional and non-traditional unstructured work environments, be attentive to detail and manage multiple priorities. Working knowledge of Banner or higher education student information system, a Constituent Relationship Manager (CRM), Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
