Provide administrative and operational activities for the Sales Managers in the East Coast.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
NY Sales Managers Support/Coordination
Maintains / coordinates three Sales Manager's calendar for all internal / external meetings by properly entering details into MOSAIC, confirming all meetings and appointments as directed by the Sales Managers, reserving meeting space, and preparing the conference room with audio-visual technology as needed.
Provides administrative and operational support to three Sales Managers.
Manages receipts for Sales Managers expense report.
Coordinates travel arrangements for Sales Managers.
Maintains all recruiting and Relationship Manager electronic copy file.
Serves as project manager on technology initiatives, projects and conversions as it relates to a Relationship Manager.
Sends communication to each Sales Manager's Unit.
External Policy Entry
Special projects as assigned.
RM Recruiting Support
Enters new recruits into MOSAIC.
Schedules meetings and reserves conference rooms in East Coast region for Sales Managers' recruit meetings.
Prepares recruiting packages for first interviews and manages file throughout the process.
Greets and welcomes all recruits/ and clients and announces visitors promptly.
Sends Drip email campaigns for reservoir recruits.
Assists with recruiting efforts (research).
Distributes BIG authorization for recruit background check.
Distributes and order any pre-hire testing such as the MDI and Hogan.
RM On-boarding and Off-boarding
Assists with Relationship Manager On-Boarding (Exhibit A).
Follows processes for Duplicate Resolution and Data Consistency in MOSAIC.
Follows processes for inputting in force policies for new Relationship Managers (in force policy tool)
Coordinates RM off-boarding for East Coast Unit.
Follows process for MOSAIC user termination.
Assists in the client transition process.
RM/CSA Training & Operational Effectiveness
Provides client service back up support when needed to ensure no sales/client service disruptions for RM's and clients.
Serves as MOSAIC champion for East Coast RMs and CSAs.
Part of the data feed team responsible for implementing and maintaining carrier data feeds
Provides coverage for two reception areas.
