Regional Accounting Assistant

Compensation $50,000 – $55,000 annually What You’ll Be Doing Setting up and managing project accounts in the accounting system. Performing monthly billing for projects using specific reports and spreadsheets. Generating and tracking A/R reports to assist with collection efforts.

Creating and distributing weekly utilization reports to regional offices. Assisting project managers with planning and tracking personnel workloads. Preparing and submitting client invoices, both electronically and manually.

Tracking the submission and acceptance of client invoices. Providing backup support for accounts payable when needed. Responding to inquiries and requests from project managers.

What You’ll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation. ERP system experience.

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities.
