At this time a Regional Account Manager is needed to develop assigned Dealers and Agencies by promoting NAE/NWAN products, while maintaining our company's philosophies and principles. Work with our entire NAE/NWAN staff to insure the success of every client with professionalism and enthusiasm, while performing all assigned responsibilities in a timely manner. ( Extensive Travel within Northeast Region of U.S.)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To be the NAE/NWAN product knowledge and technology expert in ALL assigned environments.

  • Responsible for building sales through referrals and in assigned accounts.

  • Work with RAMs, AEs and agents to continue developing processes to insure the clients growth and success with NAE/NWAN.

  • Take immediate action to service the needs of your current clients.

  • Responsible for following the NAE/NWAN Servicing Matrix for the account management of current accounts.

  • Responsible for scheduling account visits as outlined in the Servicing Matrix Schedule and the NAE/NWAN standards.

  • Responsible for working with the RAMs, AEs and agents to work through/resolve issues in a current account. When necessary, bring upper management into the discussion for additional input and direction.

  • Proper delegation of sales related tasks by working with the Client Relations team.

  • Accountable for meeting NAE/NWAN's annual production forecast.

  • Managing assigned Dealers and Agencies remittance trends.

  • Accountable for keeping expenses within the established guidelines.

  • Live by the NAE/NWAN Standards, TMR, Service Visit Reports and Serving matrix, when applicable.

  • Maintain consistent and accurate records of all documents that pertain to assigned accounts on the server.

  • Responsible for working with the Accounting depart. on all accounting issues related to assigned accounts.

  • Responsible for working with the Claims depart. on claim issues related to assigned accounts.

  • Strives to enforce and live the NAE/NWAN Philosophy of CQSE each and every day.

  • Other Job Duties as assigned by Manager of Account Servicing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM Software and internal software systems.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Problem resolution experience.

  • A strong sales aptitude.

Work Environment and Physical

Requirements:
  • Travel 70-80% of the time (air, road, etc.).

  • Must have mobility to drive and move about client sites.

  • Required to talk and hear on a frequent regular basis.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while travelling.

  • Ability to stand while making presentations.

  • Use of hands, reach with hand and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch.

  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5 or more years experience in an automotive sales related environment.

  • Attention to detail and quality of service to our clients.

  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple issues and demands.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent in building relationships and partnerships.

  • A strong sense of urgency and a desire to succeed.
