Territory:Candidates should be centrally located either in Nashville or surrounding area. Individual will cover aterritory including Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, and North Carolina. Frequent travel may be required.

PrimaryResponsibilities

Act as a liaison between Asurion and a wireless carrier'scustomer service and telesales channels within a defined geographic region,typically including multiple states. Develop strong client relationships(up to the Regional President level) and implement handset protection growthinitiatives in the carrier sales channels with a strong focus on carrier-ownedretail and local indirect. Will be responsible to meet or exceedestablished financial and growth targets and manage day to day responses ofproduct related escalations and ensure client satisfaction. Will assess andrespond to gaps between current product, customer needs and competitiveofferings. The position will also work with internal Client Services teammembers and other internal cross-functional areas to identify growthopportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales/ClientManagement related role. Field experience strongly preferred

  • Wireless carrier experience strongly preferred.Related areas such as consumer electronics, warranty products, etc. alsorelevant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (concentration inBusiness, Marketing or other relevant subject area is ideal)

  • Intermediate level abilities in Microsoft OfficeSuite and other client related applications.

  • Contact management, time management and strongorganizational skills

  • Availability and flexibility to travel withinassigned territory with approximately 60% overnight travel.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrateinitiative

  • Presentation skills to small and large groups,across all levels

  • Customer collaboration and consensus buildingskills

  • Problem solving, negotiation and analyticalskills

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
