Reporting to the Director of Recruiting the Regional Account Manager is responsible for service excellence to clients, as assigned, and acts as the liaison between HKA Enterprises and the client.
The Regional Account Manager will effectively partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs at various client job sites and demonstrate HKAs ability to deliver the best talent.
The Regional Account Manager achieves staffing objectives by evaluating job candidates, advising hiring managers, and maintaining positive relationships.
Develop effective relationships with hiring managers by working onsite at the assigned client location
Schedule times to meet with hiring managers, on an ongoing basis, to determine client needs and promote HKA and Agile-1 as effective partners (i.e. casual lunch/dinner meetings and formal office meetings)
Create proposals which highlight HKA services as a value-add to the client
Work one-on-one with hiring managers to educate and walk them through the requisition process
Fully understand the recruiting life-cycle, as well as HKA processes, procedures and best practices
Work one-on-one with hiring managers to gain insight into the volume and scope of upcoming work
Evaluate requisitions with hiring managers to differentiate real work from potential work
Identify and track requisition qualities which have led to successful placements and effectively work to acquire diverse talent for a multi-state organization
Act as a liaison between recruiters and client
Troubleshoot various account management issues; such as job orders, employee performance, time reporting and payroll, and escalate as necessary
Travel out of state to visit various client job sites/locations (approx. 20% travel)
Maintains current knowledge of industry and market specific information or trends
Develops and executes a personal time management plan
