General Summary:

Functions include admission and ongoing assessments of patients utilizing physical and psychosocial assessment skills, diagnostic data, and medical evaluations. Evaluates effectiveness of care provided as related to short and long term patient goals. Develops a plan for patient care including actions in anticipation of individual patient needs. Implements nursing actions and medical orders to meet complex needs of patients and significant others, taking into account their age specific psychosocial and educational needs. Documents care provided and patient responses to care in appropriate forms in the patient's record. Assumes Charge Nurse responsibilities and accountability for care provided by LPNs and non-licensed technical personnel as assigned. Leadership abilities are demonstrated in the following: functioning as a professional role model, consumer relations, communication skills, problem solving, decision making, and assistance in orienting and training personnel.


  • Graduate of state approved school of nursing required.

  • Current State of Michigan RN licensure required. Prior to assuming charge responsibilities, must have at least 12 months experience in nursing care including 3 months experience providing nursing care to maintenance Hemodialysis patients.

The ASM serves as the link between training and sales, working closely with our partners and management on behalf of our client. Duties include but are not limited to formal classroom style trainings, side by side selling, informal group trainings, and generating excitement for selling and the overall opportunity. Evaluation of opportunities and challenges, and creative collaboration is expected. Program success is measured by positive sales numbers, relationship building, timely reporting, and overall contribution to the program.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul> <li>Work directly with partner representatives, owners and senior management to drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services. Use direct training, observation, side-by-side selling and customer interactions as a direct method of demonstrating and educating employees about sales techniques and the client's new and current promotional activities. Educate management on <strong>how</strong> to sell the client’s products and services by directly interacting with their employees, customers and via both informal (side-by-side) and formal (classroom) trainings.</li> <li>Use personal initiative to create and implement motivational contests, goals, challenges and incentives to further improve sales or in response to low performance as you encounter challenges. Through analysis of visits and sales, make suggestions and presentations to suggest methods of increasing sales for the client. </li> <li>Visit offices on an ongoing basis, approaching those reps who need help, and providing support in general; all activities should be increasing sales and headcount. </li> <li>Provide outstanding service to the reps, owners and customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining partner/client presentation standards. Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in your assigned territory through personal integrity, sales, and business expertise.</li> <li>Become the EDM business expert on all aspects of the client's products and services, including technology, plans, promotions, sales techniques, best practices, computer system and on-line tools, activations procedures and methods, credit and escalation processes. Demonstrate and transfer knowledge through all partner contact. </li> <li>Document and quantify opportunities, share best practices with peers and communicate challenges and recommendations both internally to management and to client key management.
