JOB SUMMARY

Front-line sales representative responsible for driving sales at targeted retail customers. Role accountabilities include managing relationships with targeted retail customers in assigned geographic territory and identifying new business opportunities and prospective accounts to pursue

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the effective management of accounts of significant value to siffron

  • Develop new accounts that offer significant potential value to siffron

  • Effectively, present and sell assigned programs and product lines offered by siffron

  • Travel regularly to visit assigned customers and prospects

  • Insures that all customers and/or buyers to obtain and understand forecasted usage, new store and remodel schedules, and future business plans

  • Manage sales and expenses within the established budget to achieve profitability goals

  • Attend and participate in assigned Trade Shows and annual Sales meetings

  • Complete all required paperwork per established policies and procedures

  • Keep salesforce or CRM information up to date and current

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Achievement of sales goals and objectives set within assigned accounts and prospects

  • Effective management of assigned accounts

  • Work within Account Activity Requirements

  • Effectively communicates with all departments

  • Compliance with Company Polices (i.e. Safety, Attendance, etc.)

  • Accountable for 20-40 accounts with average sales of less than 50K for each account with totals sales of $3-6 Million

  • Time Allocation:

  • Pre-sales: 20%

  • Engaged selling time: 30%

  • Sales Completion: 25%

  • Sales Facilitation: 25%

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

None

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

  • 40+ hours inclusive of office time, customer appointments, research and planning

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years Outside Sales Experience with a BS or BA degree

SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work with team members to complete tasks and customer requests

  • Understanding of how to work with a customer in a consultative manner

  • Excellent, demonstrated, written and verbal communication

  • Strong selling, negotiating and problem solving skills

  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to perform under pressure

The Customer Manager Account Manager (CMAM) for Retail Sales is responsible for executing a selling strategy in PBNA's North Divisions "Own The Streets" segment in assigned territories.
