Active participation in community activities to enhance your image and the position of the company.
Ability to work with our current staff to help build and grow your book of business
Bachelors Degree in Finance or other Business Domain
A proven track record in sales and new business development
Financial sales background is a plus
Advanced interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, integrity, and goal-orientated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
The ability to work in a team environment alongside highly credentialed staff.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), required.
CFP or CTFA designation is a plus!
