We are looking for someone to interact directly with existing customers to promote same store growth in annual revenue. We want Account Executives who can communicate, negotiate and are "solution" consultants!

This is a remote position.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with health system executives, financial leaders and other Affinity champions to ensure each customer's use of the Affinity solutions closely aligns with the solution's business case and the client's business strategy
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Affinity solutions in order articulate value and serve as a consultant identifying new opportunities to optimize the use of the Affinity Solutions and generate back to base sales
Possess an "intellectual curiosity" about the state of healthcare in the US along with how changes in reform legislation and industry trends impact how healthcare providers need to address costs, revenue and long range planning.
Identify opportunities to expand the relationship and generate new business opportunities for the Affinity Sales team
Maintain strong customer retention rates aligned with corporate goals
Planning, coordinating and executing targeted marketing plans to drive sales
Meeting all standards established for this position as outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan, including achieving predetermined sales goals
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Preference for software sales experience or experience working in Healthcare
Ability to travel between 25% and 70% of the work week
Comfort presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users
Superior oral, written and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially effective listening and customer orientation
Basic knowledge and familiarity with computer technology such as networks, operating systems and databases is beneficial
Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
ERP/RCM Experience a plus
