We are looking for someone to interact directly with existing customers to promote same store growth in annual revenue. We want Account Executives who can communicate, negotiate and are "solution" consultants!

Details

Primary Functions:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with health system executives, financial leaders and other Affinity champions to ensure each customer's use of the Affinity solutions closely aligns with the solution's business case and the client's business strategy

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Affinity solutions in order articulate value and serve as a consultant identifying new opportunities to optimize the use of the Affinity Solutions and generate back to base sales

  • Possess an "intellectual curiosity" about the state of healthcare in the US along with how changes in reform legislation and industry trends impact how healthcare providers need to address costs, revenue and long range planning.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the relationship and generate new business opportunities for the Affinity Sales team

  • Maintain strong customer retention rates aligned with corporate goals

  • Planning, coordinating and executing targeted marketing plans to drive sales

  • Meeting all standards established for this position as outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan, including achieving predetermined sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

  • Preference for software sales experience or experience working in Healthcare

  • Ability to travel between 25% and 70% of the work week

  • Comfort presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users

  • Superior oral, written and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially effective listening and customer orientation

  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with computer technology such as networks, operating systems and databases is beneficial

  • Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • ERP/RCM Experience a plus

Responsible for leading the generation of sales for an assigned set of named accounts or territories. Assigned to large, complex, high visibility, strategic or tactically important accounts. This often includes a cross section of customers with more complex or larger accounts. This role involves contacting and visiting existing and prospective customers, and may also be involved in account expansion and acquiring similarly significant new accounts. Additionally, may assist in developing and implementing national sales campaigns and sales strategies for medium to large accounts. The position requires significant levels of sales proficiency as well as specific industry experience. This is a national based field sales role. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Job Facts * Assume an active leadership role during the collaborative development and implementation of sales strategies to attain assigned sales objectives. * Utilize strong product/market knowledge and sales experience to manage complex sales and resolve customer questions and concerns. * Navigate and drive interaction with other functional areas, business areas, and global colleagues to ensure achievement of objectives with successful stakeholder management * Develops and maintains executive suite relationships with assigned accounts. Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field * Responsible for the development and presentation of comprehensive financial proposals and contracts (including responses to RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) * Continuously build knowledge of current industry trends, competitive information, and industry/technical knowledge and share with other Roche colleagues. * Retain, extend, and acquire customers through effective identification of opportunities and the creation and implementation of solutions. * Establish and build strong client relationships that allow for growth, profitability and predictability. Communicate with other relevant Roche functions to ensure needed sales support and delivery of programs/products.
