Role Summary:

The clinical and technical commercial expert for Magnetic Resonance products in an assigned territory, Ohio Valley region.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Differentiate GE's product offerings by: conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex clinical/technical sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions.

  • Establishes & continuously develops relationships with departmental & technical decision makers in conjunction with Account Executives & Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

  • Clinical, technical and commercial expert for assigned products, solutions and services. Differentiate GE's product/solution/service offerings.

  • Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.

  • Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by a One GE Healthcare account team.

  • Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool.

  • Work with sales leaders and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.

  • Provide training to all account team members on strategy and product offerings.

  • Prospect for new business in territory through IB analysis and activate marketing programs

  • Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.

  • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules, and work with the customer and internal GE team to help ensure seamless installation.

  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of selling experience.

  • Previous experience in the Healthcare MR sales.

  • Experience in Sales / Marketing within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers.

  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.

  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven experience and success selling imaging products

  • Past experience with MR products

  • Hospital executive relationship building skills

  • Strong knowledge of GEHC and exceptional knowledge of products and services offered within the modality.

  • Negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.

  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President, US Federal Program Lead, who is a member of the US Senior leadership team. The MPCL is part of the US Federal leadership team and is responsible for leading/capturing major program opportunities across our federal client accounts and business operating units/markets (BOUs) within Stantec. This position requires a close working relationship with the client account managers and the federal BOU leaders. The position will predominately support the Department of Defense client accounts but also include other US Government civilian agencies. The successful candidate must have a strong technical background and deep understanding of delivering full engineering, design and environmental services to specific clients. The successful candidate must also have superb client relationship skills and a proven record in winning major A/E type contracts (Brooks Act-SF 330's) and/or other major program contracts including Design Build. The MPCL assists in developing and implementing Stantec's US Federal business growth strategies and objectives. As an active partner in Stantec's collaborative model, the MPCL is an outstanding communicator, business developer, strategic thinker, and works in cooperation with US Federal Account Managers, Business Line Liaisons and other local, regional and business line leadership to identify, develop and support major program opportunities. The MPCL must also understand our industry partners and competitors and must maintain excellent relationships with the ability to put together teams and equip them with required resources to succeed. In addition, the MPCL will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our small business partnerships on major pursuits including our mentor protégé relationships and specific opportunities to grow that partnership. Your Key Responsibilities * Meets net revenue annual growth targets for the Federal Programs business sector aligned with our strategic plan and client account plans. * Accountable for net revenue growth by identifying, developing and capturing major contracts, and developing collaborative partnerships with account managers and BOU leaders to achieve a reasonable return on investment. * Provide guidance and support to Account Managers and Business Lines in identification and pursuit of major federal opportunities including providing critical input into client relationships and understanding, teaming, proposals and contracts. * Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities to include go/no go leadership, sales budget planning, strategy and win theme development, risk reviews, and proposal support. * Develop collaborative working relationships between account managers and our marketing teams that result in delivery of high-quality proposals. * Develops high performing networks of internal and external relationships to expand strategic teaming. * Participates in US Federal Strategic Planning representing major funded government programs with the US Federal Team and implements resulting related strategic initiatives. * Facilitates problem solving between account managers, federal BOU leads, project teams and other supporting teams, like marketing.
