Role Summary:The clinical and technical commercial expert for Interventional Radiology & Cardiology products in an assigned territory, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and West Virginia.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Differentiate GE's product offerings by: conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex clinical/technical sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions.

  • Establishes & continuously develops relationships with departmental & technical decision makers in conjunction with Account Executives & Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

  • Clinical, technical and commercial expert for assigned products, solutions and services. Differentiate GE's product/solution/service offerings.

  • Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.

  • Contribute to account plans at accounts covered by a One GE Healthcare account team.

  • Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool.

  • Work with sales leaders and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.

  • Provide training to all account team members on strategy and product offerings.

  • Prospect for new business in territory through IB analysis and activate marketing programs.

  • Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.

  • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules, and work with the customer and internal GE team to help ensure seamless installation.

  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of selling experience.

  • Previous experience in the Healthcare surgical and interventional sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven experience and success selling imaging products.

  • Past experience with Interventional Radiology products.

  • Hospital executive relationship building skills.

Leads, coaches and orchestrates to improve processes and supply chain efficiencies in cross border activities. Works with Global Trade Governance, regional commercial operations, regional supply chain organizations, External Affairs, and Legal to implement a world-class international trade capability across the region. Primary Responsibilities include: * Understand and implement defined responsibilities of Corteva Trade Governance, Trade Compliance and Trade Operations processes. Trade Governance is responsibility of Procurement, while Trade Compliance and Trade Operations are managed by Seeds and Crop Protection Supply Chain organizations. * Support Corteva International Trade Community of Practice, driving harmonization of trade strategy, talent development, processes and systems/tools across the enterprise. * Coordinate regional implementation of Corporate Policies and Procedures for Trade Governance, Trade Compliance and Trade Operations, and Corporate Compliance Policy * Manage Trade Governance Audit Program * Ensure regional deployment of C-TPAT, AEO and other security programs. Provide system and security support to regional teams. * Implement processes for trade compliance regulation watch and advocacy, at regional level. * Implement and manage regional compliance training. * Provide regional trade compliance IT system and security support. * Leverage global classification system for import and export classification at regional level. * Ensure regional implementation of global trade Governance procedures for import, export and export control process (embargo), including escalation for denied blocks investigation, export license management, and deemed exports, etc. * Provide regional oversight for non-platform material flow, such as R&D materials. Critical Success Factors: * Ability to assure use of corporate processes to ensure compliance with regulations * Strong knowledge/capability in trade compliance * Strong project management skills * Ability to plan and execute programs, and benchmark best practices to develop processes that support continuous improvement * Ability to recognize issues, problems or opportunities and collaborate together with Trade Compliance and International Trade Operations actions needed. * Coaching and general guidance to other Governance team members in the region * Ability to manage and mobilize resources by influence * Teamwork and collaboration Qualifications Qualifications Education / Certifications / Experience Requirements: * Foreign Trade Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred. * Knowledge of import/export processes in main LA countries * Experience working with other LA countires * Minimum five years of experience working in or supervising trade governance and compliance roles. * Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred. * Knowledge of trade compliance information systems, security programs and global best practices. * Good negotiation, influence and conflict resolution skills. * Project management skills. * Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * Fluent, speech and writing, in English and Spanish * At least 10 years experience in Customs Compliance Corteva, Inc.
