Sales and Sales Management Duties:
Work with Region Manager, Branch Managers and Sales staff to consistently build our business in the territory
Enhanced knowledge of local market conditions at distributor and trade levels alike, while building and growing relationships within all channels of the assigned territory
Maintain an intricate knowledge of the history, philosophy, vision and core values of the company\
Utilize Technology platforms to promote sales and to enhance experience of customers
Conduct regular sales and product training sessions with both our sales staff and customers
Build trust, loyalty and confidence in the marketplace with accounts and colleagues
Identify, contact and sell to targeted accounts independently and alongside Dealer network and colleagues
Track and maintain sales interaction, results, follow up as needed
Manage pricing and marketing activities in the territory
Work with and assist Purchasing on ordering utilizing market trends and local activities and knowledge
Execute necessary Reporting and Sales Goals as directed by upper management
Functional Capabilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skill sets and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate both internally and externally

Keeps management informed of critical information and trends in the marketplace
Articulate and impactful in group presentations and meetings
