Refrigeration Sales Manager

Sales and Sales Management Duties:

• Work with Region Manager, Branch Managers and Sales staff to consistently build our business in the territory

• Enhanced knowledge of local market conditions at distributor and trade levels alike, while building and growing relationships within all channels of the assigned territory

• Maintain an intricate knowledge of the history, philosophy, vision and core values of the company\

• Utilize Technology platforms to promote sales and to enhance experience of customers

• Conduct regular sales and product training sessions with both our sales staff and customers

• Build trust, loyalty and confidence in the marketplace with accounts and colleagues

• Identify, contact and sell to targeted accounts independently and alongside Dealer network and colleagues

• Track and maintain sales interaction, results, follow up as needed

• Manage pricing and marketing activities in the territory

• Work with and assist Purchasing on ordering utilizing market trends and local activities and knowledge

• Execute necessary Reporting and Sales Goals as directed by upper management
