Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensures secure handling of sensitive data.
Data Management & Reporting: Provides data insights for leadership decisions.
Request & Document Processing: Facilitates smooth workflow through efficient processing.
Meeting & Activity Coordination: Manages logistics for seamless execution of events.
Executive & Communication Support: Empowers executives and streamlines communication.
Supply & Facility Management: Maintains a functional and well-equipped workspace.
Recruitment Support: Streamlines onboarding for new team members.
Customer Care/Patient Experience:
Risk Management Support:

Experience:
The ideal candidate must have the capability to work under minimal supervision and maintain detailed organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements include:
Demonstrated knowledge of insurances.
At least one year of pre-cert experience, including navigating websites for online benefit reviews.
Excellent computer, multitasking, and phone skills.
Ability to work well under pressure (most of the paperwork is time-sensitive).
Team player and willingness to perform diversified job duties.
