Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensures secure handling of sensitive data.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Provides data insights for leadership decisions.

  • Request & Document Processing: Facilitates smooth workflow through efficient processing.

  • Meeting & Activity Coordination: Manages logistics for seamless execution of events.

  • Executive & Communication Support: Empowers executives and streamlines communication.

  • Supply & Facility Management: Maintains a functional and well-equipped workspace.

  • Recruitment Support: Streamlines onboarding for new team members.

Customer Care/Patient Experience:

  • Data Collection & Follow-Up: Gathers patient feedback and ensures timely resolution of concerns.

Risk Management Support:

  • Confidential Handling & Complaint Coordination: Supports risk mitigation through secure handling of sensitive matters and patient complaints.

Other: Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

The ideal candidate must have the capability to work under minimal supervision and maintain detailed organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurances.

  • At least one year of pre-cert experience, including navigating websites for online benefit reviews.

  • Excellent computer, multitasking, and phone skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure (most of the paperwork is time-sensitive).

  • Team player and willingness to perform diversified job duties.
