Referral Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for high volume of phone calls with patients/parents and pediatric specialists. Responsibilities: Schedule qualified appointments with prospective patients/parents and pediatric specialists.

Educate prospective patients/parents on services Resolve patient/parent inquiries and complaints Maintain record of pediatric specialists contact information Perform other administrative duties as assigned ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in Referrals/Prior Authorizations, customer service, or other related fields Strong negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with patients/parents and pediatric specialists Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
