Description (Overview)

The Route Relief Driver (RRD) sells delivers and/or merchandises Schwans products at retail stores where routes are open within a designated geographic area. The incumbent is further responsible for delivering against designated revenue/volume targets and driving superior in-store execution.

Delivers and merchandises Schwans products at existing retail stores in a safe and timely manner. Maximizes in-store opportunities through incremental sales activity and increases product display space in retail stores. Achieves national customer service standards on all deliveries and in- store execution.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with store level personnel. Effectively handles and resolves any customer complaints. Stocks and maintains products on store shelves.

Maintains product displays monitors product codes and ensures retail price tags are properly displayed. Achieves annual KPI metrics for the DSD Retail Sales organization. Responsible for inventory integrity.

Maintains compliance with all DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations as well as Company safety regulations policies and procedures- including reporting and record keeping. Communicates with manager and/or local affiliates on truck condition issues. Other duties as assigned. Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent Years of Related Experience:

One or more years of related experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must meet Federal Department of Transportation driver eligibility and medical certification requirements and must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) from state of residence; Must have a mobile device with voice and text capabilities; Must be willing and able to work weekends overnight hours and travel as needed; Basic math and language skills; Ability to operate and maintain company equipment including handhelds computers etc; Effective oral and written communication skills; Strong time management skills; In certain geographical locations other languages may be preferred.

Office: Managed Care Bureau: Managed Care Compliance & Oversight Working Title: Health Services Network Specialist (PN 20094408) Job Preview: This position will work in the Provider Network and Operations section and serve the essential role of assessing whether the managed care plans have an adequate number of providers deployed throughout the state to meet the needs of their members. This position will be measuring the geographic distance between providers and members using ArcMap software. Also, this position will help ensure that the needs of child and adult managed care members are being met by analyzing health service utilization, calculating performance measures, and running enrollment reconciliation reports using SAS software, Tableau, and QDSS. Job Description: Under general direction, independently conducts research & studies concerning variety of health care issues or questions (e.g., managed care provider network): maintains current knowledge & expertise & serves as agency expert in analysis of managed care provider network; presents findings on these matters to internal and external groups; provides expertise in analysis of Medicaid and managed care enrollment, health service utilization, managed care encounter data, fee for service claims & other available data bases; advises supervisor and other bureau and agency management staff in the design, development, and implementation of appropriate interventions and other research and analysis. Creates maps and assesses whether Managed Care Plans are compliant with provider network time and distance standards using geographic information system (GIS) software (e.g., ArcMap); prepares dashboards of Managed Care Plan performance measures using visualization software (e.g., Tableau); uses a variety of data sources (e.g., QDSS) and software (e.g., SAS and Excel) to fulfill requests from policy staff for ad-hoc and routine reports; assists with data analysis and reporting of populations transitioning to managed care; compiles and analyzes the quarterly prompt payment reports by Managed Care Plans; responds to sensitive inquiries and contacts from the public, providers and government officials; acts as liaison with state agencies, Managed Care Plans, providers, advisory committees, and other stakeholders; prepares presentations and delivers speeches to agency staff and community groups. Performs other related duties (e.g., attends staff meetings, conferences, training seminars; travels to meeting sites; maintains logs, records & files). Completion of graduate core coursework in health services administration, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, public administration, allied health sciences, nursing, economics or comparable field; 2 years experience in health services research &/or health policy analysis; 12 months training or 12 months experience in research methodology, measurement & testing, analysis of variance & survey sampling; 12 months training or 12 months experience in use of computer programs/applications with emphasis on relational data bases, use of computer hardware, software used for spreadsheets, statistical analysis & graphics presentation & word processing; 1 course or 3 months experience in multiple regression or multivariate analysis. * Or completion of undergraduate core coursework & 12 months experience in one of following: health services administration, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, public administration, allied health sciences, nursing, economics, public health, or comparable field; 2 years experience in health services research &/or health policy analysis; 12 months training or 12 months experience in research methodology, measurement & testing, analysis of variance & survey sampling; 12 months training or 12 months experience in use of computer programs/applications with emphasis on relational data bases, use of computer hardware, software used for spreadsheets, statistical analysis, graphics presentation & word processing; 1 course or 3 months experience in multiple regression or multivariate analysis. * Or 2 years experience as Health Services Analyst, 65211. * Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
