Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal and subscriptions for software products developed at Data Innovations

  • Prepare various forms of customer correspondence, including renewal and subscription notifications, letters, quotes, and invoices

  • Classify renewals and subscriptions in the tracking system based on the payment status and ensure the customer data is complete and accurate

  • Respond to inquiries from customers, Sales and Finance Department regarding subscription status

  • Investigate and resolve renewal and subscription discrepancies and inquiries

  • Provide timely feedback to the department manager regarding any customer concerns

  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers

  • Process renewal and subscription cancellations

  • Assist with process documentation and enhancements

  • Develop and run reports, queries, and spreadsheets

  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales administration and renewal process and promote the improvement of areas identified

  • Train / Mentor recurring revenue specialists amongst all product lines

  • Maintain and further develop current contracting process (VA's, IHS sites)

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats with both internal and external customers

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills

  • Ability to operate under constant deadlines and productively handle and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to be self-motivated and to effectively manage multiple projects

  • Ability to think thoroughly and independently with minimal guidance and seek a resolution through to completion

  • Ability to follow DI's policies and procedures and system usage practices

  • Must comply with Company vaccination policy

Education and/or Experience

Associates Degree in Business Administration or similarly related field, or 5 years of relevant experience working in business administration or related profession.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of telephone communication, keyboarding, and computer.

Preferred skills and experience:

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal employee/candidate will have experience with the following:

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Experience with Sales Force

Supervision Level

This person reports directly to the Manager of Recurring Revenue.
