Ambassador Christian School is a private middle and High school, located in Torrance California. Strong commitment to Christ and faith in the mission of Christian education Strong written and oral capability Possession of an Accredited 4-Year University Degree and/or 4-5 years of marketing & recruitment experience in education industry Demonstrated deep relationships with parents, businesses, churches Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met Ability to interact successfully with many different personality types and effectively develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization Action oriented and an entrepreneurial thinker Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite Must possess W.I.T. - willingness to do "whatever it takes"!
