The Recruitment Specialist manages the scheduling and coordination of clinicians' interviews (psychologists and master's level therapists) while handling all onboarding paperwork requirements to ensure they are in line with Joint Commission standards. This individual will coordinate all new hire clinical training sessions and ensure new hire files are accurately completed and transferred to the staffing department.
The ideal candidate will have a charismatic yet assertive personality, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Manages the scheduling and coordinating of long-term care community clinician interviews.
Coordinates new clinician training sessions.
Ensures all onboarding paperwork is completed and accurately obtained to meet Joint Commission standards.
Updates various reports/spreadsheets for the Executive team.
Advertises and updates job postings through various methods and innovative avenues as required for home office positions and long-term care opportunities.
Cold-calls potential clinicians for work.
Effectively coordinates the execution of Cotler Provider Agreement with accuracy.
Closely works with staffing department to match new and existing clinicians to open positions in long-term care communities.
Updates necessary contracts and paperwork as needed on an ongoing basis.
Oversees and assists the staffing department in essential duties as needed.
Performs internal workload satisfaction calls to clinicians in order to update staffing lists and generate internal marketing lists for the Internal Marketing team.
Other duties as assigned.

Healthcare knowledge/experience preferred
Previous recruitment experience a must
Previous CARF or Joint Commission exposure preferred
Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
