We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to deliver customer service excellence by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations of the client. Please note - this position is fully remote.

The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will provide clinical sourcing support to the entire Recruitment Department by generating an ongoing clinical candidate pipeline based on current and future needs. The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will utilize all sourcing platforms to help find qualified candidates to help increase recruiter screens. This will include, but not limited to, utilization of LinkedIn, Indeed, our CRM system, licensure lists and other data bases available.

Responsibilities:

SOURCING & RECRUITMENT:

• With guidance from the Senior Clinical Career Specialist, sources and identifies qualified clinical leads for referral to Clinical Career Specialists (CCS).

• Follows through on assigned sourcing tasks and documents completion of each.

• Works closely with recruiters to deeply understand the hiring needs of each region and sourcing strategies for each.

• Maintains organization of confidential candidate records.

• Deploys creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

• Provides exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinates orientation employee referrals, follows through on leads.

• Keeps organized lists of all sourced candidates by discipline and region.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Phenom and/or Workday is a plus.

• Demonstrated success in utilization of available sourcing channels as well as development of creative sourcing strategies.

• Self-starter with excellent work ethic including innate drive to exceed expectations.

• Strong interpersonal and follow up skills.

• Superior attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Excellent phone etiquette.

• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates proactive approach to tasks.

• Team player who is also able to work independently.

• Must be able to travel to home office on an as needed basis. Not expected to exceed more than 4 times a year.
