What will I be doing?
As an Project Coordinator within Talent Acquisition, you will be supporting various leadership roles within Hilton Grand Vacations in multiple markets. You will need a solid focus on attention to detail and accuracy in each piece of the process including interview scheduling, reporting, and packet creation. You must represent Hilton Grand Vacations well by being responsible, punctual and motivated with a positive attitude and polished communication. This position requires you to be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
Manages candidate expectations from first point of contact
Track and update candidate profiles in applicant tracking system
Responsible for conducting the day-to-day sourcing activities for qualified candidates.
Work closely with the Recruiters to develop and execute a sourcing strategy aimed at generating candidate flow for high priority open positions.
Confidently communicate with various leaders in the organization
Schedule complex interviews both in person and via digital software systems
Provided detailed data on activity biweekly
Distribute and interpret assessment data as needed.
Complete other projects/assignments as needed

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of demonstrated scheduling, coordination or administrative skills
1+ year of staffing or recruitment exposure
Strong research or candidate generation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be trustworthy and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures
Ability to develop relationships and establish trust and credibility
Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics
Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to manage expectations
2+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in a Staffing/Recruiting Agency environment or sourcing capacity within professional services
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience using Taleo, an applicant tracking system
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities
