Your new role

As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with management staff and will learn the ins and outs of both recruiting and a professional services business. Your role will include administrative tasks essential to building out our firms operations as we grow a new division.

You will also be asked to provide assistance in sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates and building our brand exposure across the industry we service. We want you to have a fun time but also to build relevant work experience so you can develop from a college student to a professional.

What youll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should be currently enrolled in a degree program in pursuit of your Bachelors degree. Candidates with solid communication skills, strong academic performance, and a work history and/or volunteer experience throughout their collegiate experience are preferred. This internship could turn into a full-time opportunity for the right individual.

You will become an intern and volunteer for the Digital Inclusion unit with the City of Raleigh's Housing and Neighborhood's Department. The City of Raleigh provides this internship opportunity through strategic partnerships and offers expanded levels of digital readiness and leadership training.
