Securitech Security Services, Inc., a leader in the security service industry, has immediate career opportunities for a qualified Recruitment Coordinator.

Job duties include the following:

  • Develops and implements all recruitment activities for any and all job openings within the company.

  • Reviews applications, pre-screens and interviews candidates, conducts pre-employment background checks, makes conditional employment offers to qualified candidates.

  • Develops and maintains contacts and resources that can assist Securitech with it's recruitment goals and objectives.

  • Places appropriate ad's and flyers with various media sources as necessary.

  • Participates in job fairs and travels to training schools with the objective of recruiting new candidates.

  • Knowledge of various local, state, and federal employment regulations

  • Schedules officers and employee's into various open positions and fill open positions due to call off's, new assignments, and overtime assignments.

  • Coordinates with the Director of Operations

Position requirements:

  • Extensive previous experience recruiting in a high-turnover environment.

  • Strong investigative skills in interviewing and background investigations

  • 2+ years of Recruitment management experience preferred.

  • Strong multi tasking skills.

  • Previous commission sales experience a plus.

  • High energy, pro-active in finding solutions to problems

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Self-starter; works with little supervision; exhibits sound judgment and initiative.

  • Experience in recruiting entry-level positions and security industry positions a plus.

  • Ability to develop and maintain recruiting sources and contacts (other than media advertisement).

  • A clean driving record.

PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing. <br />  <br /> <strong>WHAT IS A STAFFING & RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST?</strong><br /> As part of the Human Resources team, the Staffing & Recruitment Specialist carries out a wide variety of staffing functions dependent on specific departmental and programmatic needs.
