Our team is looking for a US Recruitment Coordinator to join them. You will report to the US Recruitment Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.
To be considered for the US Recruitment Coordinator opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
Associates degree in applicable field
2+ years of administrative experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in a recruiting and/or HR function
As a US Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly for all US sites
Be the SME for the pre-screening/onboarding process for new hires inclusive of background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork, including hire actions within the ATS
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process, to manage requirements and expectations
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate's application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate
Serve as POC for all onboarding and hew hire orientation communications both internally and externally
Actively respond to reviews and post content on Glassdoor and Indeed Branding Hubs
Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes, source candidates as requested,
Be responsible for the HR ticketing system for the US recruitment team, responding to all inquiries, escalating as necessary
Work independently and on various teams for recruitment and site HR special and/or ongoing projects
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
