Access Services is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team, who will support the recruitment operations and administrative needs from our office based in Fort Washington, PA. They will work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and University Liaison to enhance recruitment efforts for the Behavioral Health, Housing & Homelessness Services, and Child and Family Services programs.  This position will be filled by a person with a commitment to continuous growth in best practices, agency knowledge, excellent and effective communication, with a priority for gaining talent acquisition skills for career development and future advancement.

Essential Functions: 

The essential purpose of the Recruitment Coordinator role will be to collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and University Liaison to effectively support hiring needs of the organization, including:  

  • Manage the updating of job requisitions with an ongoing eye for details and accuracy.  
  • Coordinate career fairs logistics, including registration, preparations, inventory, and follow up; represent Access Services at recruitment events as needed, as a support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.  
  • Prioritize the mission, values, and equity values of Access Services as the lens through which tasks are completed, and any candidates are engaged with.  
  • Regularly assess and review talent pipeline opportunities and challenges, maintaining open and regular communication with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide insight, potential solutions, and strategies.  
  • Monitor critical jobs closely and work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to understand where candidates are in job pipelines.   
  • Assist in updating the applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining agency presence on Handshake, and managing daily operations of agency Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  
  • Maintain updated reporting and statistics, with regular updates provided to managers.  
  • Actively source candidates and use recruitment techniques and tools, including identified platforms as requested.          

Other Functions:  

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance, and work scheduled overtime, or be available for unplanned overtime as necessary to meet program needs.  
  • Physical presence in the office is required with regularity.  This is an in-office position, with some presence required at career events. On those occasions, driving to the location of a career event will be required.                    

 Schedule: Full time, 40 hour/weekly, Monday-Friday during regular business hours.              

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required. College degree in human resources, business administration, communication, hospitality, or a related field preferred. 

Experience:

  • One or more years of related experience in administrative work, recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, or development required. Experience with applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail while being able to manage many tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively as part of a team and with all levels of agency staff.  
  • Knowledge of and/or desire to grow in skills and talent about Talent Acquisition is highly desirable.  
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight to achieve results.  
  • Proficiency in, or the ability to learn and use workplace applications, platforms, job boards, and technologies including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Handshake, Microsoft Office Suite, and more.  Skilled in adapting to new software systems. 

Essential Working Conditions/Physical Demands:  

  • Work in a standard office and utilize desktop computer equipment daily. 
  • Able to lift or move items associated with sedentary work and light to medium work.  Exert up to 20 lbs. normally and up to 50 lbs. during special events.  
  • Maintain a daily/regular office presence. Travel to offsite locations for career events and regional office locations if necessary.  

Benefits

Pay: $19-$20/hourly
