Recruitment & Benefits Manager
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support organizational staffing objectives. Administer employee benefits programs and manage day to day activities of the Human Resources Department. Provide exceptional customer service by having a thorough understanding of the organization, personnel policies and practices, recruitment process, and employee benefit programs.
Requirements for the position are:
Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent education, training and experience required
Two to four years experience in human resource generalist role with proven experience in recruitment and benefits administration required
Knowledge of federal state and local laws employment laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Incredible organizational and time management skills
Effective problem solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS applications
PHR Certification highly desired
