Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Reports To: Director of Admission; Dean of Admission
Supervises: None
Primary Function:
Assist in growing enrollment by providing highly individualized service to prospective students and families. Conduct campus visit information sessions.
Provide support to Recruitment Managers, Sr Recruitment Manager and Dean of Admission. Coordinate special projects directly related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
1 year of customer service experience required. Higher education and Admission/recruiting or sales support experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent phone skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Adept with web-based applications; social media platforms
Ability to communicate and relate to people of all walks of life and levels of authority.
Adaptable and flexible
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Essential Duites:
Increase enrollment by developing prospective students and their families; provide exceptional service at all times to create a positive experience for every student/family.
Communicate effectively the mission, culture, benefits and value of a Saint Vincent educational experience as well as the admission and financial aid processes at Saint Vincent.
Participate in on and off campus recruitment events as well as virtual recruitment events and programs.
Conduct individual appointments and group info sessions for prospective students/families during on-campus visits. This may include campus tours as needed.
Assist in managing the ZeeMee social media platform and work with ZeeMee student ambassadors, Sr. Recruitment Manager, and other staff to develop content, interact with students to positively impact student engagement with their peers and SVC.
Assist with event planning, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
Other Duties:
Provide recruitment support to the Admission department.
Some travel required for off-campus recruiting events.
Other projects and duties as assigned by Sr. Recruitment Manager, Dean of Admission, Executive Vice President, and/or President.
