Recruiting & Workforce Development Coordinator

Due to our continued growth and expansion, Singleton Construction is seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiting & Workforce Development Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will support our Recruiting & Workforce Development Manager in sourcing and attracting top talent for both office-based roles in project management and field-based projects. About the Role:

As a Recruiting & Workforce Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Singleton Construction by:

- Assisting in recruiting for a variety of roles within our office and on our project sites, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.

- Supporting Workforce Development initiatives, including forging strong relationships with trade schools, colleges, military organizations, and other educational partners.

- Playing a key role in the recruitment and development of our carpentry and superintendent programs, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals.

- Coordinating the recruitment of project management interns and graduates from construction management programs at colleges, aligning with our commitment to nurturing future industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting & Workforce Development Manager to implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Engage with educational and training institutions to promote Singleton Construction as an employer of choice.

- Coordinate and support recruitment events, career fairs, and other networking events.

- Assist in the development and implementation of internship and graduate programs in construction management.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and workforce development strategies.
