This role will utilize the existing automated ATS system to manage the recruiting team, review submissions, prepare and schedule selected applicants for shifts, confirm training dates, produce training rosters, and initiate onboarding documents for payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain communication with a robust pipeline of qualified call center candidates, focusing on lead gen, surveys, and customer service to keep them moving through the funnel.
Work with the HR Director to leverage modern recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage new talent for upcoming projects.
Oversee the team to ensure prompt review of candidate submissions and ample funnel flow.
Collaborate with Operations and team leadership on existing and new projects.
Work closely with the human resource team to define position requirements and establish success criteria for each role.
Develop and implement recruiting plans to meet ever-growing and changing needs.
Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have a minimum 5 years of call center recruiting experience, including 3 years in a remote call center environment.
Proven success with sourcing and hiring Bilingual roles in a call center environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence others and build relationships.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Fast-paced environment with a quick turnaround of at least 12 monthly classes with roughly 40 trainees per class.
