Your Role
The Victoria's Secret & Co. Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience by identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent, and coordinating the recruitment process. They will collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to clearly define staffing needs and sourcing strategies. They will support the end-to-end interview scheduling process with seamless execution and attention to detail for a best-in-class candidate and associate experience. A successful Recruiting Specialist will consistency build and foster positive working relationships with internal teams, candidates, and outside organizations and vendors in a manner that results in the highest quality and most efficient outcome for the candidate and organization. They will maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practices. They will also support ad-hoc projects, as assigned.

Your Impact
Coordination
Partner with the Recruiter, HR Partner, Hiring Manager, and candidate to schedule and coordinate phone, video, and/or in person interviews in both corporate locations (Columbus, Ohio and New York, New York)
Create interview agendas for candidate and hiring team; distribute all interview details to candidate and candidate information to hiring team
Book all candidate travel as necessary (travel, lodging, etc.); manage the candidate travel reimbursement process
Prepare and extend offer documents in a timely manner
Provide HR partner with all new hire packet information
Partner with the Relocation team to initiate candidate relocation
Distribute weekly reporting to key stakeholders
Recruiting/Sourcing
Partner with the Recruiter, HR Partner, and Hiring Manager to facilitate partnership strategy meetings and identify creative sourcing strategies, inclusive of internal and external networks
Leverage external sourcing platforms and perform Boolean searches and initiate outreach to external talent pools
Assess and screen qualified candidates for open requisitions, as well as build pipelines for future roles within the organization
Develop candidate slates to present to hiring managers
Fully own 2-3 open requisitions
Maintain a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in ATS and CRM
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners throughout process
Executive Recruiting Support
Partner closely with Recruiter, HR Partner, Hiring Manager, and Executive Assistants to create a best-in-class interview experience for leadership candidates
Create interview agendas for candidate and hiring team; distribute all interview details to candidate and candidate information to hiring team
Book all candidate travel as necessary (travel, lodging, etc.); manage the candidate travel reimbursement process
Partner with Compensation and Legal teams to prepare and extend offer documents in a timely manner

Minimum Salary: $26.50
Maximum Salary: $34.86
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Minimum of one year of corporate experience
