Recruiting Specialist

Job Description Job Description Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is actively searching for a talented Recruiting Specialist with at least one year of recruiting experience (preferably with an emphasis in legal recruiting). This professional will be responsible for securing new employees for a private company that provides legal talent and marketing services to law firm clients, from entry level staff to executive level hires. Responsibilities : • Drafting advertisements for positions, placing and replacing the ads, and managing them. • Providing feedback on which recruiting platforms are yielding the best results and finding new ones. • Proactively conducting research and outreach for key jobs that can’t be filled by postings alone. • Contacting candidates and conducting screening interviews and full interviews via phone and documenting the results. • Securing appropriate leads on behalf of top recruiting objectives each business day. • Managing, updating and using the ATS • Setting up interviews for candidates with Director of Recruiting. • Calling employers for references. • Maintaining the recruiting spreadsheet and reporting daily on progress.
