At Plated, the Recruiting Specialist will often be the first point of contact for talent, so first impressions are key. The Recruiting Specialist will be sourcing passive candidates and engaging with active ones while setting up interviews. This role embodies the Plated mission and core values in everything they do, especially when communicating with prospective candidates. They put the candidate experience above all else and does whatever it takes to ensure their interview experience feels like it is one of a kind. This role's efforts will directly impact our growing team by finding and hiring the best talent in the industry.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Develop creative solutions to source and recruit top talent (both active and passive candidates) through the use of social media, networking, and advertising for tough to fill positions

  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles

  • Schedule and coordinate a variety of candidate interviews, including coordinating travel for some candidates who will travel to Plated's headquarters in NYC, ensuring an enjoyable and smooth candidate experience

  • Develop a deep understanding of Plated's culture, product, strategic direction, and competitors, and use this knowledge to write effective job descriptions, build recruitment strategies and craft compelling messaging to potential candidates

  • Be a brand ambassador for Plated and the Talent Acquisition function, greeting candidates and ensure they have an enjoyable onsite experience.

  • Ensure high level of data integrity within existing ATS and other tools, as appropriate

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1 to 2 years experience in recruiting

  • Experience recruiting for a startup or tech company is a HUGE plus!

  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience creating, scheduling, and booking a variety of interviews

  • A mature, positive, deliberate and focused attitude

  • Flexibility to work effectively on a variety of roles

  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS and G Suite

  • Comfortable in a small team and start-up style environment

  • A collaborative and team oriented mindset, always looking to better improve themselves and processes

This full-time position will be responsible for driving the vision and direction of the team to deliver insights and reporting for the global Operations function focused. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the Global Recruiting Programs and Operations teams to analyze data and metrics, identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of recruiting operations strategies and measure ROI Define, build, manage, and communicate key program metrics to drive for greater efficiencies and operational effectiveness Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Data Engineering) to help inform areas of focus and strategic direction and recommend appropriate system changes or enhancements Define, articulate, and communicate relevant operating metrics and insights through the use of existing tools and datasets Communicate trends and insights to leaders as well as communicate data integrity issues or process gaps to individual team members and leads One of the key contributors to setting the vision, goals and direction of the team, designing reporting capabilities and operational insights Lead a team of Analysts to deliver against agreed goals Define Recruiting system and reporting improvements to increase the collection of accurate and timely metrics to drive decision making Focus on creating self-serve, streamlined and automated dashboards and metrics Partner with Recruiting Operations leads to establish benchmarks for improving productivity and high-impact initiatives Identify, define and drive changes that allow teams the ability to scale, focus on the right impact areas and enable insights to focus on the next tier of growth Provide on-going training to the rest of the team on analytic tools and dashboards, including but not limited to MS Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and others MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years' experience in recruitment operations, business intelligence, and/or project management 3+ years' reporting and analytics experience Experience with leading/managing a team of analysts Track record of partnering with business, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations Experience with recruiting data and data visualization tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Salesforce Reporting knowledge/experience Experience with recruiting data and data visualization tools (Tableau) Effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes, drive collaboration and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations Ability and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones Advanced problem solving capabilities and refined analytical skills Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly Experience in fast-paced work environment Facebook is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures.
