Job Description: ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF):
Provides coordination duties for recruiting such as scheduling interviews, screeninig applicants for qualifications, entering information into HRIS, tracking background/drug tests. May assist recruiters in screening applicants at job fairs or through other traditional sourcing strategies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide support to assigned Recruiters throughout the recruiting process.(i.e. Job postings, scheduling, data entry into HRIS, resume screening and routing).
Provide support to assigned Recruiters throughout the hire process (i.e. offer letters and packets, initiate background and drug screening process, invoice process, expense reporting).
Monthly Reporting for department
Build effective partnerships with assigned recruiters
Comprehensive knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
1- 2 years relevant work experience in an administrative support position.
Ability to mulit- task and support multiple recruiters
