The Recruiting Sourcer will play an integral role as part of the WWE Recruiting team, primarily responsible for finding, engaging, and screening diverse talent for key roles across all lines of business. Your greatest impact is to ensure that every open search has a deep pipeline of viable talent, by deploying innovative, creative, and collaborative Recruitment Sourcing techniques. Additionally, partnering with the Recruiters to help ensure a best in class experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate robust and diverse pipelines of top talent for current and forecasted openings

  • Developing and executing innovative search techniques, to produce diverse candidate slates necessary to effectively and in a timely fashion staff for open positions

  • Help determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications

  • Review resumes and credentials to asses for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

  • Determine appropriate screening questions in partnership with Recruiters, Hiring Manager, and HR Business partners

  • Validate qualifications through candidate phone screens and interviews

  • Provide applicant feedback summaries to Recruiters, through ATS & HRMS platforms

  • Perform internet searches using various x-ray, forensic, Boolean String, & other practices across multiple social medial, job board, professional communities, and other platforms to identify relevant prospects

  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates

  • Develop strong understanding of client group hiring needs and technical requirements

  • Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates

  • Ensure sourcing practices are compliant with company process & procedure, and applicable EEO laws/regulations

  • Participate in Recruiter kick off and Hiring Manger status meetings as appropriate

  • Meet regularly with HR and non-HR stakeholders to review sourcing practices, strategies, metrics, and results to collaboratively optimize approaches to strengthen candidate pools, and diversity initiatives

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing effectiveness based on throughput & conversion ratios, cost efficiencies, and feedback

  • Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on applicable data

  • Update and maintain sourcing plans and lists of effective talent pools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-3 years of sourcing or lead generation experience, including proven experience developing and executing innovate search techniques, name/lead generation, internet searches using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects

  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience with sourcing strategies that result in sustained hires across all roles

  • Experience with relationship building and management

  • Experience in recruiting consultancy strongly preferred

  • Ability to interact with staff across all levels of the organization and to develop strong client partnerships

  • Proven ability to manage multiples searches at a time

  • Ability to perform under pressure, with in tight deadlines

  • Experience identifying and staying abreast of sourcing market trends, to drive continuous improvement in relatable best practices

  • Ability to develop practical and creative sourcing solutions which deliver results

  • Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach to sourcing

VIEW JOBS 2/28/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-05-29T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The Recruiting Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing the current (and future) recruiting systems and processes. In this role you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Recruiting Team to analyze data and trends, in order to help further advance the team into a scalable, high performing center of excellence. You will also be responsible for reporting progress to Recruitment Leaders on team activity and metrics. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Scope process improvement opportunities for the Sales & Marketing Recruiting Team, driving consistency across systems, processes, data analytics and reporting. * Work across the Recruiting Team and with our internal stakeholders on project based initiatives, as delegated. * Tracking of all resources in our Talent Acquisition toolkit and reporting on Return on investment (ROI). * Manage the Employee Referral Program across all sales channels within Sales and Marketing. * Manage the Recruitment Expense Budget process, inclusive of Purchase Order management in ARIBA and partner with Accounts Payable as needed. * Create PowerPoint presentations for Leadership meetings (Quarterly Business Reviews, ad-hoc presentations, etc.) * Create reports to demonstrate ROI of recruitment marketing tactics as well as ad-hoc reporting. * Work with existing Recruiting technologies to automate reports and further streamline distribution of data and metrics. * Produce Recruiter scorecards on determined frequency along with recommendations for improved productivity. * Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting Technologies, representing Sales and Marketing within the Corporate Recruiting Solutions Committees. * Partner with the Manager, Recruiting Coordinators to identify process improvement opportunities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English * Advanced level skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, V Lookups) * Project management experience * Proficiency with enterprise data systems, ATS (BrassRing, Taleo, etc.) and HRIS functionality and reporting * Ability to build strong relationships while driving results * Ability to analyze and interpret data * Analytical mindset * Understanding of business strategy and needs * Data manipulation capabilities including reporting * Knowledge of talent acquisition and best practices * Excellent written communications skills Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field/experience.
