Randstad, the 2nd largest staffing firm in the world, is looking to hire a Site Manager. A Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies

  • Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement

  • Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent

  • Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts

  • Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations

  • Build top of mind awareness through in person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the on-site client

  • Market talent's skills, knowledge and abilities to the right departments by making the best match for the client and the talent

  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations, and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Three to five years of business experience with a minimum of 2 in either HR or staffing.

  • Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload.

  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY: We're looking for an innovative and data-driven Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations who will streamline our end-to-end hiring processes, remove operational roadblocks, and use data to provide us with compelling information to inform our hiring strategies. This person will serve as a key partner within the Talent Acquisition and HR team by leveraging strategic and operational abilities to develop, implement, and drive programs to ensure that we are positioned to build a talent pipeline and hire top talent to join Bell. This role is perfect for a highly analytical, user focused project manager that can create recruiting products that get the information and action we need, while making lives easier. As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition function they will influence the roadmap of projects that take us from a start up to the benchmark for recruiting excellence. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop the recruiting operations roadmap to infuse process and programs that align with both the recruiting and business goals with an agile and qualitative approach * Design programs and process that will remove roadblocks from managers and recruiters, focusing on delivering efficiency and great user experience * Project manage the roll out of programs focused on candidate and manager experience * Manage external vendor relationships to ensure a quality process for all job boards, agencies, and third parties that will interact with the recruiting team * Measure and deliver the impact of projects with quantifiable metrics in an executive format * Fostering trusted partnerships with leaders in all tiers of the organization, across a variety of teams across the business and wider Enterprise to collaborate and drive alignment against our hiring roadmap * Refining our analytics function by further developing analytical framework/workflows for launching new initiatives, and continuously scaling and ensuring the accuracy of our data, including defining and measuring key performance metrics and creating dashboards to help recruiting leaders interpret and draw conclusions from data * Taking ownership of the Employee Referral Program as a key sourcing channel for top-talent * Leading the selection and implementation of our recruiting systems, processes and tools to enable our team with the most innovative technologies in the industry to optimize efficiency and accelerate productivity * Building and managing the process and documentation for a seamless on-boarding experience for our team members * Anticipating potential challenges and getting ahead of issues before they become problems, including by the regulation of compliance, data integrity, and audits TEXTRON * Drive a partnership between the Bell and Textron brands that highlights the strengths of each organization, allowing our Bell brand to be visible and leveraged on campus. * Work with the Enterprise University Relations team on the refinement and execution of the strategy, design, implementation and evaluation of Textron's university relations efforts to ensure world-class capabilities and performance required to successfully attract and create a pipeline of entry-level talent for Bell. * Work collaboratively with Bell Helicopter and Textron organizations to build key university relationships that support the business and provide recommendations based on solicitation and feedback of customer and leadership base. * Collaborate with Textron Enterprise on engagement and recruiting plans for Enterprise identified target schools. Collaborate with Leadership Development Program (LDP) team and manage rotational information and graduation plans for Bell opportunities. * Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience with an emphasis in data analytics and / or project management * You have excellent business intuition, and a deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle comes naturally to you * You're a self-directed, strategic thinker with analytical skills and have experience building relationships with senior leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring agendas * A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full cycle recruiting process * An analytical mindset.
